Following a sausage and wine fuelled debate yesterday between my good self, Hawkins and this year's skippers, do we think that the the captains should be allowed to enter fantasy teams. Do you think that they are above skullduggery, or should we exclude them, particularly as the prize pot is mounting steadily? We could be looking at some interesting batting line ups by the last few weeks of the season........

Not at all, this should be encouraged. I can't think of many things that would be more fun than seeing them trying to wade throught the masses of permutations and make decisions to their own advantage. I reckon that if either of them actually managed to do it then they would bloody well deserve the prize! And I suspect that at least a couple of ex-Maths teachers from Glossop would be more than a little impressed. Of course I am sure that two such honourable gents would see it as their duty to utilise said prize winnings to supply liquid refreshment to their troops, should they be fortunate enough to scoop the pot!
